Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
mold smell dirty shower
The location was good.
The room smelled of mold upon arrival. The shower room had a smell like dirty wipe cloth. I found the daily cleaning to be not thorough . The bathroom floor was not cleaned and the glasses in the room was not cleaned too.

Really good Design and Eco-Friendly Hotel Experience
lush garden comfortable bed vast bed
The architecture had many gardens and water features on every floor. My window faced lush gardens. The bed was vast and super comfortable, so sleep quality was superb.

sewage smell broken fridge
the location was central and close to public transport, a definite plus.
The room smelled like sewage every time i showered, and it was quite unpleasant. the mini fridge leaked water, i guess it was broken. honestly, i expected better for the price. The room was not good.

Superb Hotel Experience
rooftop pool metro access super clean hotel
The rooftop pool was lovely (I especially enjoyed swimming there at sunset) and I used the showers after checking out because my flight was late. The hotel has a great location close to the metro, so walking around the city was easy. The hotel was super clean throughout.

pool closure undrinkable cocktails
The king-size bed was large enough and the personnel was friendly.
The unexpected pool closure was a real disappointment as I specifically chose this hotel for it (and was not informed before arrival). Some cocktails at the bar downstairs were undrinkable. I found that unacceptable for such a hotel.
